These Terms govern your use of STEAMLTU (steamltu.lt / csltu.lt). By using the site you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use STEAMLTU.
The service
STEAMLTU is a peer-to-peer marketplace where users buy, sell and trade Counter-Strike skins. Skins are exchanged directly between users on Steam; we act as an escrow for money and charge a flat 5% fee on sales. We are not affiliated with Valve or Steam.
Your account
You sign in with your Steam account and are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your trade URL accurate.
Listings and trades
You may only list items you own and can lawfully transfer. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, conditions and descriptions, and for completing trades you agree to.
Payments and escrow
Buyer payments are held by our payment provider. Sellers are paid after the Steam trade-protection period ends and the trade is confirmed, minus our fee. Refunds apply to failed or undelivered trades; chargeback abuse may lead to suspension.
Prohibited conduct
No fraud, scams, money laundering, stolen items, automated abuse, or circumventing the escrow. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for Steam outages, trade holds, account bans or losses outside our control.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. We may update them; continued use means acceptance.
